Gamebasics B.V.’s Online Soccer Manager Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions

This prize promotion (the “Prize Promotion”) is run by Gamebasics B.V., with its registered office at 6th Floor, Spazio Office, Buitenom 263, 2711KB, Zoetermeer, Netherlands (herein “Miniclip Netherlands”). These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the rules of this Prize Promotion and take precedence in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with other communications, including advertising, marketing, or promotional materials. 1. Prize Promotion Details

The Prize Promotion is open to participants worldwide and is free to enter for anyone aged 18 years or over (the “Entrant”), except for employees of Miniclip Netherlands, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prizes.
Entries will be valid from 25 May 2025 at 09:00 CEST until and including 27 May 2025 at 09:00 CEST (the “Prize Promotion Period”). Entries received after the closing time of the Prize Promotion Period will not be accepted.
Miniclip Netherlands reserves the right to change the Prize Promotion Period at any time without prior notice.

2. Prize Draw

To enter the Prize Promotion, all Entrants must purchase at least one (1) promotional pack available in the Online Soccer Manager (OSM) in-game store (the “Game”). Multiple purchases are allowed and each purchase will count as a separate entry.
The winners will be selected via a random draw conducted using an online randomizer tool. The winning Entrant (the “Winner(s)”) will receive the Prize described in Clause 3.1, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. There will be a maximum of one (1) Winners.

3. The Prizes

One (1) Winner will receive the following prize:

One (1) physical Liverpool FC Classic Candy Home Retro Shirt.

The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Miniclip Netherlands reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary and at its sole discretion.

The Prize will be provided by Miniclip Netherlands, subject to the notification process described in Clause 4. Miniclip Netherlands will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Prizes within ninety (90) days after the Winner responds to the Notification.

4. Notification of winning entries and timelines

Miniclip Netherlands will notify the Winner via direct message in the Game or through the email associated with their in-game account (the “Notification”) within seven (7) working days after the Prize Promotion Period ends. The Notification will include instructions on how to claim the Prize.
If a Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to the Notification within seven (7) days of the Notification date, the Prize may be forfeited.

If the Prize is forfeited, no alternative compensation will be provided. Miniclip Netherlands reserves the right to select an alternative Winner from the remaining eligible entries following the same process described above. All decisions made by Miniclip Netherlands regarding the Prize Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

5. General

Subject to applicable laws and regulations, Miniclip Netherlands reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, replace, or amend any part of the Prize Promotion, including (but not limited to) the Prize Promotion Period or the Prizes. In the event of any ambiguity in the rules, Miniclip Netherlands’ interpretation will be final.

If an Entrant accesses and enters this Prize Promotion via a social media platform, the Entrant agrees to comply with that platform’s terms of use and privacy policy. Please note that this Prize Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party social networking site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the platform is excluded.

By entering this Prize Promotion, Entrants acknowledge and agree that their social media profile (which may include name and other personal data), along with information already held by Miniclip Netherlands through their Game account, may be processed solely for the purposes of running this Prize Promotion. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Miniclip Netherlands’ privacy policy: https://en.onlinesoccermanager.com/PrivacyPolicy.

Miniclip Netherlands is required to publish or make available information confirming that a valid award took place. To meet this requirement, Miniclip Netherlands may share the surname and country of the Winners, and if applicable, a copy of the winning entry, with anyone who requests this information at the address provided at the top of these Terms and Conditions.

If a Winner objects to the publication or sharing of this information, they must contact Miniclip Netherlands at dataprotection@miniclip.com. In such cases, Miniclip Netherlands may still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

Miniclip Netherlands accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from participation in this Prize Promotion or in connection with the Prizes. Entrants’ statutory rights remain unaffected. Miniclip Netherlands makes no warranties regarding the Prizes and is not liable for any modifications to them. By entering the Prize Promotion, Entrants agree to release Miniclip Netherlands from any claims for damages or injury related to participation in the Prize Promotion or acceptance of the Prizes, including those based on publicity rights, third-party intellectual property, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
This Prize Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The Prize Promotion is void where prohibited by local law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with local laws and regulations. Miniclip Netherlands reserves the right to reject entries from Entrants found to be in breach of such laws.
