MNL’s yearly Strategy Day!

Onlangs hebben we het team van Miniclip Nederland bijeengebracht voor onze jaarlijkse Strategiedag, waar we belangrijke bedrijfskwesties, toekomstige doelen en lopende ontwikkelingen hebben besproken. Verschillende collega’s hebben ook hun eigen sessies georganiseerd, waaronder presentaties en workshops over de impact van AI en hoe we dit in ons dagelijks werk kunnen toepassen. 🙌
Verschillende trotse collega’s hebben ook de mijlpaal van 5, 10, 12,5 of zelfs 15 jaar in dienst bereikt! Ze werden gehuldigd met een mooie toespraak en een super coole Miniclip-Reward. Nogmaals gefeliciteerd aan deze collega’s en bedankt voor al het harde werk van de afgelopen jaren! 🙏
Deze editie vond plaats op een werkelijk unieke locatie: vakantie- en pretpark Duinrell! Na een dag vol inzichten en gesprekken sloten we af met wat welverdiend plezier, van een duik in het TikiBad en de speelhal tot exclusieve toegang tot attracties en een rondje minigolf. ⛳
Een geweldige balans tussen strategie, leren, plezier en teambuilding! 💖
We recently brought the Miniclip Nederland team together for our yearly Strategy Day, where we discussed key company topics, future goals, and ongoing developments. Several colleagues also hosted their own sessions, including presentations and workshops on the impact of AI and how we can apply it in our daily work. 🙌
Several proud colleagues have also reached the milestone of 5, 10, 12.5 or even 15 years of service! They were honored with a nice speech and a very cool Miniclip Reward. Congratulations again to these colleagues and thanks for all the hard work over the past years! 🙏
This edition took place at a truly unique location: Holiday and amusement park Duinrell! After a day full of insights and discussions, we wrapped things up with some well-deserved fun, from a dive into the TikiBad Pool and arcade hall to exclusive access to attractions and a swing at the mini golf. ⛳
A great balance of strategy, learning, fun and team bonding! 💖
